Our Gardens

We grow our produce organically, by hand. Our small farm is able to provide produce to the local community with the help of our wonderful volunteers.

Hoop Houses

We have 3 hoop houses at our farm. Hoop houses are covered with a special polyethylene plastic that traps heat and light, allowing us to grow produce nearly year-round.

Indoors we grow warmth and shade tolerant plants such as peppers, leafy greens, and root vegetables.

Outdoor Beds

We have over 2,500 square feet of outdoor bed space at our farm. By employing no-till practices, we are able to grow abundant crops on grass covered, clay filled soil.

Outdoors we grow sun-loving plants like squash, tomatoes, and potatoes.

Seed Saving Gardens

Half of our back outdoor garden space is dedicated to Potawatomi seed-saving efforts.
